Thomas Hott, CEO

Thomas Hott (53) joined ProSyst in November 2000. Before, he gained over 17 years of experience in international banking, thereof 4 years as an Executive Board member of Chase Manhattan Bank AG, as head of the banks corporate business, and, since mid 1998, as a Managing Director of Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch Germany. Throughout his career, his main focus was on the successful introduction of innovative products and services. Thomas Hott attained a German Diploma in Economics.

 

 

Daniel Schellhoss, Founder & Executive VP Sales & Marketing

Daniel Schellhoss (38) founded ProSyst in 1997 and has been pivotal in driving its progress in the field of embedded Java and OSGi-compliant middleware. He was instrumental in transforming the company from a promising start-up with innovative technology to a full-fledged market leader with a global roster of clients and partners. Prior to ProSyst, Daniel Schellhoss founded and acted as Managing Director of a Cologne, Germany-based marketing firm. Daniel Schellhoss studied Marketing at the WAK Academy in Cologne.

 

Dr. Dimitar Valtchev, CTO

Dr. Dimitar Valtchev (48) joined ProSyst in 1998. He was formerly a successful academic researcher and lecturer at several renowned universities including the Technical University of Sofia; the Technical University of Vienna, and the University of California at Berkeley. He is the co-author of many technical papers and three textbooks. Dr. Valtchev has a Masters of Science in Electronics, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He also obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia.
