mPower Remote Manager (mPRM)

ProSyst's mPower Remote Manager (mPRM) is a management and monitoring system, supporting remote device maintenance, software provisioning and service operation support for various types of network-connected devices including (but not limited to) such supporting OSGi, OMA-DM and TR-069 standards. It is a device management software for OSGi and non-OSGi devices, offering one singe point of control for the administrator.

Features of mPRM:

• Centralized device configuration management – initial provisioning and subsequent manipulation of the device platform and application-related settings, user preferences, service subscription data, authentication and authorization data, etc.
• Software management and provisioning – firmware and application update, delivery of new applications and content by various models - automatic/on demand, server push/device pull, targeted to a single or multiple devices.
• Automatic software compatibility and dependency resolving.
• Monitoring of the runtime status and performance of the devices – including basic device platform, system modules and installed applications.
• Remote device diagnostics, problem detection and troubleshooting of the devices and running applications.
• Remote device and application control.

Based on a modular component architecture and its open standard APIs, mPRM can be easily customized, extended and integrated with external 3rd party systems and custom applications.
